Conditions for Exchange & Return:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).
  • Eligible reasons include: Size issues, incorrect item received, or product defects.
  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • We provide free exchanges to replace your product with the correct size or an item of equal value—no extra charges.
  • If your replacement item has a higher value, you'll simply pay the price difference online.
  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup directly from your address to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued only in verified cases of defective or damaged items.
  • To initiate a refund, email us clearly with:
    • Order ID
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the received item
  • Approved refunds will be promptly credited to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • For returns without defects or delivery errors, a ₹100 deduction applies to cover reverse pickup charges.

Important Notes:

  • Minor differences in color or design due to screen resolution or lighting do not qualify as defects.
  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during sales or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
  • While we gladly offer free exchanges for size issues, refunds are not available in these scenarios.
